We want you to be satisfied with RidDev Studios. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions processed through Stripe.
Cancellations
You may cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal or by contacting support before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with your Discord username and receipt email. Abuse of refunds may result in account restriction.
Trials
The free trial tier does not charge your card. Upgrading to Pro or Ultimate starts Stripe billing according to the plan you select at checkout.
