The starter catalogue is included. Open Settings → Download Library for the full vehicle parts library: 4,754 catalogue entries, with a 12.04 GB download.
Follow the progress, pause or resume, and keep working while it downloads. When it is ready, restart the app or continue working. The full catalogue becomes available on your next launch.
The full library needs additional disk space for downloading and extraction. Library downloads do not unlock workspaces outside your plan.
